About us
Culture Ireland's purpose is to promote and advance Irish arts in a global context by helping to create international opportunities for Irish artists and cultural practitioners. It is hoped that this will lead to a deeper mutual understanding between Irish and other cultures and communities.
Culture Ireland promotional publication
In December 2006 John O'Donoghue Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism launched the Culture Ireland promotional publication which is freely available to inform all those intersted in working with Culture Ireland to advance the arts in the international arena.

Grants
Culture Ireland offers financial support for the presentation
and promotion of Irish arts internationally. Grant applications
are considered by the Board four times a year.
